Head of Analytics
Location — remote
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of 8 analysts and data engineers.
• Perform hands-on analysis, build dashboards and write complex SQL queries.
• Design and implement a modern data architecture and self-service analytics platform.
• Collaborate with C-level executives and cross-functional business teams to support strategic decisions.
• Shift analytics from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-driven outputs.
• Define and enforce data domains, governance and quality standards across the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Head of Analytics, Lead Data Analyst or similar in iGaming.
• Expert-level SQL, strong Python skills and experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, ETL processes and data engineering principles.
• Experience working with Tier-1 and Tier-3 markets.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience modernizing a data stack and building self-service analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and orchestration tools.

• 60 minute call with Chief IT Transformation Officer.
