B2B Demand Generation Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior B2B Demand Generation Manager to own and scale demand generation programs that directly feed our sales pipeline. This role is responsible for running performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, as well as executing targeted account-based marketing (ABM) and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to deliver high-quality leads from the right accounts and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn with a strong focus on CPL, CAC, and MQL quality.
- Scale campaigns that deliver results and cut those that donβt based on data-driven decisions.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and reporting in collaboration with the Digital Analyst.
ABM & GTM Campaigns
- Build and run multi-channel campaigns targeting specific accounts, buyer personas, and new markets.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop tailored messaging, assets, and personalized landing pages.
- Align closely with sales to ensure campaigns target the right accounts, personas, and pipeline stages.
- Support market launches by defining demand generation playbooks: positioning, channels, and campaign mix.
Orchestration & Reporting
- Partner with the Digital Analyst to track funnel performance and channel contribution.
- Report on MQL and SQL generation performance and provide actionable insights.
- Optimize spend, creative, and targeting to maximize ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in generating qualified B2B leads through paid campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, account-based marketing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, analysts, content, design, and development teams.
- Strong focus on measurable outcomes: MQL quality, cost efficiency, and pipeline impact.
- Experience in IT services or SaaS.
- Knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
- Practical use of AI in marketing (e.g., campaign optimization, content personalization).
- Familiarity with building reporting dashboards.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with additional B2B advertising platforms (e.g., Reddit, X/Twitter).
- Skills in A/B testing and CRO for landing pages.
- Experience collaborating with design and development teams on campaign assets.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Outreach).
