Chief Marketing Officer to $4000

Evestar is a Miami-based eCommerce growth agency that turns creative strategy into measurable results for fast-scaling global brands. We partner with DTC businesses to build performance-driven marketing ecosystems β€” from paid media and email marketing to creative direction and conversion optimization.

We’re now hiring an experienced CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) to oversee multiple client accounts.
This role requires a strong background in Paid Media and Email Marketing, a creative eye, perfect English, and solid agency experience.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies across Paid Media, Email and SMS Marketing for multiple client brands
  • Oversee and manage ad campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media platforms
  • Lead and optimize email marketing flows and automation (Klaviyo or similar)
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and operations teams to ensure consistency and performance across all brands
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
  • Forecast, manage, and optimize media budgets for profitability
  • Act as the strategic marketing lead for assigned clients β€” building relationships, presenting results, and defining growth plans
  • Drive experimentation, creative testing, and performance improvements across all accounts
     

Requirements:

  • Paid Media Experience β€” proven hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar platforms
  • Email Marketing Expertise β€” solid understanding of Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other CRM platforms
  • Creative Eye β€” strong sense of visuals, storytelling, and ad concept development
  • Perfect English β€” excellent written and spoken communication (min C1 level)
  • Agency Experience β€” background in managing multiple clients or accounts in a digital or performance agency
     

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time remote position.
  • Working hours: 9am – 6pm EST (Eastern Standard Time).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing leadership (CMO, Head of Marketing, or Senior Strategist)
  • Experience working with eCommerce / DTC brands
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented
