Generative AI Media Designer

We are looking for a pioneering and highly creative Generative AI Media Designer to lead our creative production efforts. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on specialist to own the entire media creation lifecycle—from concept to final delivery—using a workflow built on generative AI. Workload

This is a full-time, long-term collaboration. We are for a dedicated specialist who can manage projects from start to finish in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production of digital media assets, including videos, 2D/3D game assets, and marketing materials.
• Direct AI models through expert prompt engineering to generate high-quality visual and audio assets, ensuring narrative and stylistic consistency.
• Develop and implement automated workflows for a variety of graphical design tasks.
• Continuously research, evaluate, and master emerging generative media technologies to advance our creative capabilities.

• Contribute to the team's growth by sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and leading by example in creative innovation.

   

Required Skills

• A portfolio of creative work that clearly demonstrates the use of generative AI tools in a production workflow.
• A strong foundation in storytelling, visual design principles, and narrative structure.

• Excellent creative problem-solving skills and the ability to iterate effectively to achieve a creative vision.

   

Preferred Skills

• Advanced prompt engineering skills for precise creative control over AI outputs.
• Deep, hands-on experience with a wide range of generative AI platforms for video, image, audio, and 3D asset creation (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Suno).
• Experience training custom AI models (e.g., LoRA) for consistent character or style generation.
• Proficiency in traditional post-production software for video (e.g., After Effects) and audio (e.g., Logic Pro).
• A strong understanding of digital media formats and best practices for various platforms (social media, game engines, etc.).
• Familiarity with leading Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini, Claude).

• Ability to manage a complex technical workflow, including budget and resource allocation for digital services.
