Required skills
— 1+ years of working experience as a project manager or Project Coordinator in IT project management
— Knowledge of several Agile frameworks, PMI, SDLC, how the basic processes are built in the software
development, main roles
— Sprint planning and prioritizing skills
— Clearly define business values and projects goal
— Effective processing of customers escalation
— Effective and efficient resources planning
— Positive team motivation and mindset
— Critical and system thinking
— Advanced communication skills

— Planning sprints, monitoring and controlling tasks flow, reporting to customer & PMO
— Coordinating work of all roles involved in a project (developers, testers, product owners, technical leaders)
— Documenting requirements and technical specifications
