Senior Technical Project Manager (IGmaing)

Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex technical projects. You will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring efficient communication, risk management, and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technical projects simultaneously — from discovery to delivery
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, and design
• Collaborate with clients to gather and clarify requirements
• Build and maintain project roadmaps, backlogs, and priorities
• Facilitate sprints, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Track project scope, timeline, budget, and risks
• Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders
• Continuously improve processes and introduce best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in technical domains
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban frameworks
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, and software architecture principles
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation (APIs, databases, cloud systems)
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Slack
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent
• Experience in product or startup environments
• Technical background (e.g., engineering, QA, analytics, DevOps)
