Tech Lead

About the Company

We are a product-based tech company building large-scale web solutions for global clients in the fintech, analytics, and SaaS domains. We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead (React & Python) to lead a cross-functional team, define system architecture, and drive engineering best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–10 engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Develop and maintain both frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Python, FastAPI / Django) components.
• Design and evolve system architecture with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Participate in sprint planning and contribute to roadmap and delivery decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React (Hooks, Context API, performance optimization).
• Solid experience with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets.
• Background in building scalable SaaS or data-heavy platforms.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
• Experience with modern DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
