AI Automation Engineer (LLM Engineer)

Lasker.ai is developing an intelligent AI assistant for Amazon sellers — helping them manage products, reduce account risks, and make smarter business decisions.

Powered by official data and advanced AI analysis, our assistant delivers clear guidance, personalized recommendations, and visual insights to improve listings, pricing, and overall performance on Amazon.

We’re now looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to design, prototype, and scale next-generation agentic AI workflows.

💡 What you’ll do

• Build and automate AI-powered workflows (RAG, text-to-SQL, and beyond)
• Engineer and optimize prompts for real-world performance
• Prototype quickly, iterate, and bring ideas into production
• Translate business goals into scalable, maintainable technical workflows
• Integrate APIs, connect data pipelines, and ensure seamless automation

🧠 What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in backend or data engineering
• 1–2 years of LLM product development (since 2023)
• Proven portfolio of automation projects
• Strong prototyping and problem-solving mindset
• Solid grasp of business logic and system architecture
• Proficiency in Python
• Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with Git and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

⚙️ Tech stack

• LLMs & Prompt Engineering: GPT-4, Claude, API integration, prompt optimization
• Workflow Automation: LangChain, n8n, or similar
• Low/No-Code Platforms: rapid functional web app development
• AIOps / MLOps: monitoring, observability, and deployment of AI systems
• APIs & Integrations: REST, webhooks, authentication
