Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to help build and scale the infrastructure of our fintech platform. This is a startup environment — fast-paced, product-focused, and impact-driven. You’ll take ownership of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, automation, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments
• Automate infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance
• Monitor system performance and implement observability tools
• Collaborate with backend and security teams for smooth delivery
• Optimize costs and improve deployment efficiency
• Maintain security standards and compliance for fintech products
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineer
• Strong expertise with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  Hands-on work with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
• Proven experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools
• Strong understanding of security best practices (fintech is a plus)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Proficiency with scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Upper-intermediate English level 

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, banking, or highly regulated environments
• Knowledge of secrets management and zero-trust approaches
• Familiarity with serverless (Lambda, Cloud Functions)
• Background in performance tuning and cost optimization
• Understanding of networking (VPC, VPN, Load Balancers, etc.)
