3D Motion Designer

Lynksen specializes in creating stunning, contemporary digital solutions for global clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic 3D Motion Designer to join our team.
 

We’re starting with a part-time format (up to 4 hours a day) — flexible, focused, and collaborative. And as we grow together, there’s a clear path to transition into a full-time role.

⚫️ Requirements:
 

✦ Creation of 3D/2D assets;
✦ Advanced knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Photoshop & Illustrator;
✦ Solid experience in motion design, including animation principles, visual storytelling, and dynamic compositions;
✦ Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, scenes, and animation, evidenced by a robust portfolio;
✦ Skilled in video editing and post-production using tools like Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro;
✦ Knowledgeable about 3D graphics optimization techniques;
✦ Detail-oriented with a proactive creative mindset;
✦ Passionate about pushing the boundaries of 3D graphics in web applications, with a desire to stay current with industry trends;
✦ Proficient in exporting 3D models and scenes into web-compatible formats (GLTF);
✦ Portfolio with case studies is a must-have;
✦ English Upper-Intermediate

⚫️ Responsibilities:
 

✦ Create 3D assets for use in web applications and interactive experiences;
✦ Craft high-quality 3D models, textures, scenes, and animations for web applications and interactive experiences;
✦ Design and animate 3D motion graphics elements, including typography, illustrations, and visual effects;
✦ Collaborate with design, development, and SMM teams to align 3D assets with project vision;
✦ Edit and composite video footage to create seamless and cohesive 2D/3D motion graphics;
✦ Collaborate with creative, account services, and clients to understand project objectives and requirements;
✦ Export models and scenes into web-compatible formats (e.g., GLTF);
✦ Seamlessly integrate 3D elements into videos using Adobe After Effects or similar tools;
✦ Optimize 3D assets for web performance;
✦ Create captivating motion graphics by blending 3D elements with other design components;
✦ Stay updated with the latest industry trends.

Working conditions (for full-time involvement)

✦ 8 hours working day;
✦ 21 days of paid vacation;

Stages:

🐾 CV's and cases evaluation;
🐾 Interview with HR (30 min);
🐾 Test task (no deadline);
🐾 Final technical interview with PM and CEO.
