PPC Manager
Join us as a PPC Manager to lead paid acquisition for financial products across global high-risk markets.
You’ll manage end-to-end performance campaigns, analytics, and funnel optimization to drive measurable growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Search Strategy & Campaign Launch
- Build and execute a full-funnel paid search strategy across multiple international markets (CZ, ES, MX, and others).
- Launch, manage, and scale campaigns in Google Ads (Search + UAC), Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
- Navigate compliance requirements and advertising restrictions in high-risk financial verticals.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CR, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROMI, ROAS).
- Build and optimize full user acquisition funnels to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Set up and manage tracking systems (GTM, GA4, Appsflyer, Adjust), event tracking, and attribution models.
A/B Testing & Funnel Improvement
- Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion flows.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and analysts to quickly implement data-driven optimizations.
Budget Management
- Plan and allocate marketing budgets with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and ROMI.
- Use smart bidding strategies, automation, and scripts to maximize campaign performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Media Buying, Affiliate, Retention, and Product teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and LTV.
- Contribute to funnel scaling, process automation, and overall performance growth.
Professional Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience focused on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Proven track record managing $50K+ monthly budgets.
- Experience launching and scaling campaigns in international markets (EU, LATAM, Tier 1).
- Proficiency in analytics tools: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio / Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset, self-starter, business-oriented.
- Experience with Apple Search Ads and UAC is a plus.
- English level B1+ (Spanish will be an advantage).
