Salesforce Developer

Role Overview
We are expanding our Salesforce development team and are looking for specialists across different experience levels. You will work on several internal and client projects, with tasks assigned according to your technical background. We offer mentorship, upskilling opportunities, and a clear career path with growth toward Senior, Tech Lead, or Code Review Specialist roles.

Key Responsibilities
(The scope will scale based on the candidate’s level.)
Develop and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC/Aura, Flows).
Improve existing custom logic, resolve technical debt, and optimize performance.
Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems (REST/SOAP).
Participate in Code Reviews and collaborate with Tech Lead / Solution Architect.
Prepare technical documentation and, when applicable, mentor less experienced developers.
Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and best development practices.

Requirements
Junior
Basic knowledge of Apex or experience with Java/JavaScript.
Understanding of Salesforce fundamentals (Objects, SOQL, Flows).
Willingness to learn LWC and expand technical expertise.
English level: B1+.

Middle
1.5–3 years of Salesforce development experience.
Confident skills in Apex, Triggers, SOQL.
Experience with LWC/Aura or readiness to learn quickly.
Understanding of Governor Limits, Data Model, and Security concepts.
English level: B2.

Senior
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and performance optimization.
Solid experience with Code Reviews and solution design.
Knowledge of design patterns, CI/CD processes, and Git.
Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2) are a plus.
English level: B2–C1.
