Lead Front-End Developer (offline)

We are looking for a Lead Front-End Developer to join our fast-growing team, work closely with the product and design teams.
Необходимые навыки
— B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science is desired;
— Minimum of 6-8 years as a software developer
— Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model;
— Expert level hands-on experience and understanding of React.js and its core principles;
— Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux);
— CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS;
— Experience with common front-end development tools such as Grunt, Gulp, Bower, Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.;
— Knowledge of and hands-on with Unit Testing principles;
— Familiarity with RESTful APIs;
— Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools;
— Familiarity with Git and code branching models;
— Good written and verbal communication skills in English;

Будет плюсом
— Knowledge of isomorphic React;
— A knack for benchmarking page performance and implementing optimization;
— Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements;
— Leadership skills.

Обязанности
— Represent and lead a team of front-end engineers;
— Develop new user-facing features using React.js and building reusable components and
front-end libraries for future use;
— Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers;
— Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code;
— Develop test cases in conjunction with QA engineers;
— Document technical decisions and approaches;
— Conduct product demo sessions with stakeholders.
