Operations Director

Company: ANTA Group is a construction company specializing in the construction of apart-hotels and residential apartments in Antalya.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Director of Operations to work from our office in Antalya and ensure the efficient operation of all internal processes of the company.
 

Main responsibilities:

Organizing and controlling the daily operational activities of the company;

Coordination of the work of all departments (construction, administration, finance, marketing, sales, etc.);

Monitoring productivity, deadlines and quality of work;

Optimizing internal processes to increase efficiency;

Managing, motivating and developing employees;

Communicating with partners, contractors and suppliers;

Preparing and presenting regular reports to the company management.
 

Requirements:

Experience in a managerial or operational position (preferably in the construction or related industry);

Fluency in Turkish is a must;

Russian or English is a must;

Strong organizational and communication skills;

Ability to lead teams and delegate tasks effectively;

Result-oriented, responsible and proactive approach to work.
