Head of Sales Department (offline)

Responsibilities:
β€” Internet sales development and coordination
β€” Development and implementation of online sales strategy
β€” Collection and analysis of sales information
β€” Development of the sales reporting system
β€” Sales performance monitoring
β€” Determination of pricing policy and discount terms
β€” Efficiency analysis of sales channels
β€” Development of reseller network, interaction with resellers
β€” Organization, monitoring and analysis of marketing campaigns

Requirements:
β€” Strong English skills (Upper Intermediate or higher)
β€” 3+ years of experience in international online sales
β€” Skills in analyzing and optimizing business processes
β€” Experience in sales planning
β€” Experience in development and implementation of sales reporting
β€” Experience in development of resellers network
β€” Experience in working with CRM systems
β€” Ability to analyze and generalize sales data, generate ideas, provide comprehensive information for the management decision making
β€” Willingness to travel internationally, availability of external passport

Desirable:
β€” Understanding of general concepts of software development
β€” Work experience as a Business Development Manager in IT
β€” Knowledge of IT market, basics of pricing and software marketing
