Performance Marketing Manager

They are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team immediately. Position Overview
We’re seeking a middle/senior-level specialist with fluent English proficiency and a passion for performance marketing. You will manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and other digital platforms while using analytics to maximize clients’ ROI.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for our clients. Key responsibilities include:

– Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns for SaaS clients across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and others
– Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign and website performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– A/B Testing: Recommend and implement A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance performance
– Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and client-side designers and developers to deliver new ad creatives, landing pages, and assets to support promotional campaigns
– Audience Strategy: Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to ensure budget is invested for maximum impact
– Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and platform changes (e.g., search & social ad algorithms)
– Reporting & Processes: Produce reports, docs, and templates to ensure smooth and repeatable paid campaign workflows.

Mandatory Requirements

What’s Required:

– Native-level proficiency in English (written and spoken)
– Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads
– Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
– A no-ego approach and the ability to handle constructive criticism well
– Ability to be proactive and work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team
– Ability to work remotely and be responsible for the results of your work.

What’s Preferred (will be a plus):

– Experience with Meta Ads
– Experience working with US-based SaaS companies that create products for developers and engineers.
