Product analyst

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to monitor product and marketing metrics.
  • Conduct A/B tests -  from hypothesis formulation and idea validation to result analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Perform systematic data analysis, identify patterns and anomalies, and generate insights that help the product team make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and retention teams, fostering a data-driven approach across the company.
  • Work closely with data engineers to design and implement ETL processes for data collection and transformation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst in product-focused IT companies.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, ability to write complex queries.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Solid understanding of mathematical and statistical methods for data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience building ML models (forecasting, segmentation, clustering).
  • Proven experience conducting A/B tests in a product environment.
