Key Responsibilities

• Manage payment processes: scheduling, execution, and forecasting of expenses.
• Maintain financial records, analyze payments and currency operations, prepare financial reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).
• Develop and monitor budgets, perform variance analysis, and forecast cash flow.
• Analyze financial performance, manage P&L, assess risks and investment opportunities through financial modeling.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure financial transparency and efficiency.
• Adapt and optimize financial operations for the iGaming industry, including working with cryptocurrencies and secure transaction handling.

Required Experience and Skills

• 1+ year of experience in finance (as a Financial Manager or Analyst), preferably in iGaming or IT.
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial tools.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Understanding of international accounting principles and crypto integration in payments.
• Knowledge of unit economics, tax optimization, and investment analysis.
• English: Intermediate level or higher.
