Lead .Net Engineer for a US project in a financial services industry (offline)

Perfectial is seeking for a Lead .Net Software Engineer to join our existing project in a financial services industry. Our client is a disruptive fixed income business, focused on increasing transparency for financial advisors and their clients. The product itself modernizes the way bonds are being bought, sold and managed through a whole new approach and a groundbreaking technology platform that arms financial advisors with a clear, holistic view of the market. We are looking for an accomplished Engineer who will take up a leading role on the project, propose improvements on the architectural side and mentor other team members.

Requirements:
- Сommercial experience in software development for 5+ years
- Tech leading experience would be a plus
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and its principles
- Experience with C# and .NET Core
- Previous experience with microservices
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services will be a plus
- Experience with Elastic Search and MongoDB would be a plus
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- English knowledge on intermediate level or higher

Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate with the client, gather requirements and follow priorities
- Ability to lead/mentor developers and share knowledge through meetings and presentations
