JIRA Admin / Expert

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Jira Software, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools
• Create and maintain custom dashboards, workflows, filters, and automations
• Support PMO and engineering teams in tracking delivery metrics and reporting
• Integrate Jira with other tools (e.g., Slack, Bitbucket, GitHub, Teams)
• Develop and maintain Jira dashboards for integration KPIs, cycle time, and SLA tracking
• Manage user roles, permissions, and project schemes
• Work with team leads to design clear reporting and workflow automation

Requirements

• Proven experience administering Jira Software Cloud and Confluence (3+ years)
• Deep understanding of JQL, automation rules, custom fields, and workflow configuration
• Experience in reporting and dashboard setup (e.g., eazyBI, Jira Dashboards)
• Ability to translate process requirements into effective Jira workflows
• Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace plugins (Structure, Tempo, ScriptRunner)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
