BDR / Full-Cycle Sales Rep Mid-Market

You’ll be the first conversation our buyers have—and the one they remember.

When sales leaders see Yolk turn abstract “coaching” into concrete, measurable improvement, there’s a real holy sh*t moment. Your job is to turn that moment into revenue.


 

What you’ll do


 

  • Create pipeline & run the table: prospect → discovery → pilot → integration → close (mid-market focus).
  • Run tight pilots: co-design crisp success criteria, instrument outcomes, show team improvement in real-time.
  • Multi-thread like a pro: champions, managers, RevOps, security—own the deal map and sequence intelligently.
  • Prove value, not vibes: translate insights into business impact (win rate, cycle time, ACV expansion).
  • Forecast with discipline: MEDDPICC preferred; clean notes, clear next steps, honest commits.
  • Partner with product: feed sharp customer signals; help us refine PLG + enterprise motions.

What you’ll bring


 

  • 2–6+ years in BDR/AE or full-cycle roles selling SaaS to mid-market; pilot-led sales a plus.
  • Evidence of running structured evaluations and closing multi-threaded deals.
  • Comfortable with modern sales stack (HubSpot, Apollo, AI outreach tools) and crisp written comms.
  • Owner mindset: you plan your week, ask for the ball, and close.
