Coding Ninjas is on the mission to make remote hiring a seamless and fast experience for both businesses and freelancers. We test and interview every developer. When the customer comes with a project or an open position, we match them with the right candidate within a few hours.
As a Sales Executive, you will help Coding Ninjas to win new users. You are an adaptable salesperson capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including the CTO, CEO, and team leaders. You have an understanding of the buyer journey and can lead short, single stakeholder deals as well as complex multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner.
Responsibilities:
β Create a stream of new customers through outbound sales
β Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for startups and small/medium businesses
β Develop and refine our sales process
β Engage with Marketing, Support and Freelancer Acquisition teams to help amplify our growth trajectory
Qualifications:β
β Proven sales experience on US and European markets at a technology company
β Experience in working on the IT market
β Ability to build exceptional relationships with highly technical customers
β Strong presentation skills
β Excellent written and spoken English
β Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
