Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for forward-thinking iGaming leaders to lead the creation of a next-generation front-end experience for a globally recognized brand operating in 20+ countries. In this role, you’ll drive the vision, strategy, and execution of a unique, user-centric product interface that sets new standards in design and functionality. Working closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders, you’ll ensure our product not only reflects cutting-edge UI/UX trends but also delivers a seamless, engaging experience tailored to diverse international markets.

What You’ll Be Driving:

• Handling complex product challenges, often involving a solid understanding of technical, development, or business aspects;
• Demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams, articulating the impact of your design based on research & data;
• Taking the lead in driving research initiatives alongside UX Researchers and Product Managers;
• Working with Product Managers and Engineers to iterate on and refine the existing experience;
• Modeling recipient of feedback, with the ability to hold and shape it constructively, actively modeling communication to help others and make progress;
• Driving cross-team alignment using expertise in core UX disciplines, methods, and processes to design features that fit within the larger experience and flows.
   

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Design role dealing with consumer-facing websites, apps, software and mobile experiences;
• Strong visual design aesthetic and experience in designing in an agile environment;
• Familiarity in designing across multiple screen sizes, devices, and browsers;
• Proficient with Figma to wireframe, prototype, components and contribute to UX design patterns and design system;
• Competent in UX Research methods to test & validate designs;
• Exceptional UI design, including but not limited to, concept development & prototypes;
• Demonstrate ability to pitch, present and tell a compelling story of opportunity;
•  Ability to understand business objectives and stakeholder needs and translate them into solutions. Anticipates problems, and seeks opportunities;
• Organized with high attention to detail.
