Middle/Senior Project Manager (Game Development)

About the Role
We are seeking a Middle or Senior Project Manager to lead our game development projects. The ideal candidate is a Game Designer with strong project-management capabilities - someone who understands gameplay vision but can also manage timelines, teams, and delivery.

You will be responsible for coordinating production, structuring workflows, and ensuring successful execution from concept to release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the whole production cycle of game projects (planning, execution, delivery)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: designers, developers, artists, QA
• Translate game vision into clear milestones, roadmaps, and tasks
• Organize sprints, prioritize workloads, and track progress
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide transparent updates
• Maintain project documentation, tracking, and reporting
• Align creative goals with production capabilities
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in game development (as Project Manager, Producer, or Game Designer with PM responsibilities)
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams or ownership of game features
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Practical experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and task-tracking tools
• Ability to take ownership and drive results independently
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Solid knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine
• Experience with game economy and monetization
• Background in system, gameplay, or level design
