Requirements:

— Strong knowledge of SQL (intermediate level or higher)
— Strong knowledge of Python, pandas
— Understanding of statistics and analytical metrics (conversion, retention, LTV, ARPU, etc.)
— Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, DataLens, or similar)
— Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
— Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git

Nice to Have:
— Experience working in product or e-commerce companies
— Knowledge of A/B testing and cohort analysis principles
— Understanding of ETL processes and data warehouse design

Responsibilities:

— Formulate and test hypotheses, discover insights in data
— Analyze user metrics (activity, conversion, retention, LTV)
— Write SQL queries for the analytics
— Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / DataLens)
— Prepare reports for product managers and business stakeholders
— Participate in planning and evaluating A/B tests
— Automate regular reports
