Automation QA Engineer (Playwright/TypeScript)

White Test Lab is looking for a motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team and work on a challenging, ongoing project. You’ll be helping to ensure high-quality software delivery by automating tests using Playwright and TypeScript. REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in test automation (Playwright / TypeScript preferred).
• Good knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript for writing automated test scripts.
• Basic experience with Python for automation will be a plus.
• Experience with API testing (Postman, Playwright API, or similar).
• Basic understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Familiarity with Git and Git flow.
• Understanding of OOP principles and basic design patterns in automation.
• Knowledge of SQL for simple database validation.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher for communication with the international team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative technical environment.
   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Conduct manual and automated testing when necessary.
• Clearly document and report bugs, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and improve test coverage.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.).
• Maintain up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Execute regression tests for software releases to ensure stability and performance.
