Media Buyer (Performance Marketing โ US Market)
We are looking for a highly skilled Media Buyer to join our team and lead large-scale campaigns focused on direct response and performance marketing. The role is centered primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), with additional campaigns on TikTok and Google, and the flexibility to explore other platforms when needed.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns with a strong focus on scaling performance.
- Optimize campaigns daily for ROI, CPA, and revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research with an emphasis on the US market, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to test and scale creatives, provide feedback, and request new variations.
- Continuously run A/B tests on targeting, ad copy, creatives, and funnels.
- Take ownership of the performance cycle end-to-end โ from research and planning to execution and optimization.
- Leverage advanced tools and dashboards provided to maximize efficiency and results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in media buying at scale, primarily on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
- Solid understanding of direct response marketing and revenue-driven performance campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of the US digital advertising landscape.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Strong creative sense: ability to evaluate and guide winning creatives.
- Highly independent, ownership-oriented, and proactive.
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional paid platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain, Snapchat, LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with advanced tracking, attribution, and automation tools.
