Full Stack Developer (Node + React/Vue)

ProCoders is outstaffing, so all projects are different. 

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Node.js and front-end frameworks (React/Vue). The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and brings both excellent technical and interpersonal skills to the team. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain applications using Node.js and modern front-end frameworks. 
• Be flexible and ready to switch between React or Vue as needed. 
• Collaborate closely with team members, contributing to a positive and results-driven work environment. 
• Actively leverage AI tools for coding (Cursor, Claude, Codex, etc.) to increase productivity and efficiency. 
• Understand and apply vibe-coding concepts, with hands-on experience using platforms such as Lovable, Bolt, or Cursor. 
• Stay updated on emerging AI-driven coding practices and adopt them where relevant. 

Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with Node.js and at least one modern front-end framework (React, Vue). 
• Excellent soft skills – strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability (we value personality fit and collaboration). 
• Active usage of AI coding tools with ability to share token/limit usage during the interview. 
• Familiarity with vibe-coding tools and willingness to work with them in future projects. 
• Positive, open-minded attitude toward new technologies.
