Motion Designer

What you'll be doing:

• Create high-quality animations and motion graphics for various projects, including promotional videos, social media content, and user interfaces;
• Collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure animations align with overall project goals;
• Research and evaluate best practices and new trends in motion design to implement innovative solutions;
• Manage timelines effectively and provide accurate estimates for project deliverables;
• Participate in team meetings, provide input on design direction, and join feedback sessions.

What we’re looking for:

• Skilled Motion Designer with 3+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation;
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar design software; experience with 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus;
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory;
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to work as part of a team responsible for creating engaging visual content and supporting our brand identity;
• Fluency in Russian;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level.
