As a Team Lead .NET Engineer, you will be entrusted with: 

• Architectural Leadership: Spearhead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable back-end services (e.g., our core Tables Service) using modern .NET technologies.
• Technical Vision & Strategy: Collaborate directly with stakeholders and fellow experts to translate ambitious concepts into technical reality, driving key decisions on technology stack, patterns, and long-term strategy.
• Mentorship & Upliftment: Act as a force multiplier for the team. Conduct rigorous code and design reviews, provide expert mentorship, and champion best practices to elevate the entire team's output.
• Ownership & Excellence: Take full ownership of critical components from conception to deployment and beyond. Diagnose and resolve deep, systemic problems, ensuring unparalleled reliability and performance.

• Innovation Advocacy: Continuously evaluate and integrate the latest technologies and trends, with a specific focus on leveraging AI/ML to create intelligent, self-optimizing features. 

   

YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU POSSESS: 

• 5+ years of deep, hands-on experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET 6+/ .NET Core), with a proven track record of building and shipping complex, distributed systems.
• Expert-level understanding of software architecture. You don't just write code; you engineer systems. Mastery of Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and SOLID principles is non-negotiable.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities. You naturally guide technical discussions, make persuasive arguments backed by experience, and are committed to the growth of those around you.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving skills. You can deconstruct abstract business goals into elegant, efficient, and future-proof technical solutions.
• Superb communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences alike.

• A strong plus: Practical experience integrating AI/ML capabilities (e.g., Azure OpenAI, LangChain, ML.NET), DevOps proficiency (CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes), or background in IoT or engineering domains.
