What Youβll Be Doing:
- Build the acquisition department from scratch: team, structure, processes
- Drive only high-quality traffic, using BI tools for fraud detection and traffic analysis
- Hire and lead a high-performing team: Affiliate Managers, Head of B2B
- Manage and scale key channels: Facebook, SEO (brand/cross/non-brand), UAC, ASO, PPC, Influencer & Streamer marketing, affiliate networks
- Negotiate and improve partner deals, payout models, and performance terms
- Develop and execute a strong inbound & outbound acquisition funnel
- Build local partnerships via forums, groups, and personal networks
- Collaborate with the product team: landings, pre-landings, A/B testing, funnel localization
- Take charge of financial planning: manage $300K+ monthly budgets, channel allocation, track ROI/CPA/ARPU
- Analyze user CJMs to find friction points and boost conversions
What Experience Matters to Us: - 5+ years in gambling/betting verticals
- 2+ years in a leadership role in acquisition marketing
- Strong knowledge of different GEOs and best-performing traffic sources
- Proven record in scaling acquisition through strong partner relationships
- Experience in building departments from scratch
- Deep understanding of traffic quality metrics: FTD %, deposit frequency, ARPU, LTV
- Hands-on with: Paid Social (FB, TikTok, etc.), Google Ads / UAC, ASO / SEO, Influencer & Streamer marketing, Affiliate / CPA networks
- Strong partner management and deal optimization skills
- Confident managing $300K+ monthly budgets, reaching 10K+ FTDs
- Analytical thinker with solid BI tools knowledge & media planning
- Understanding of unit economics, CJM & funnel optimization
- Clear knowledge of compliance and nuances in gambling promotion in emerging markets
