- Developing both backend and frontend of a marketing website for a Japan-based tech company

- Perform technical assessment of business requirements to ensure the possibility of their implementation within reasonable timescales and budget

- Deliver efficient code, creating and maintaining high-end solutions

- Integrate the website with third-party services, set up website analytics

- Manage version control, hosting, domain, and DNS settings

- Full-time involvement

Requirements

- Full-cycle WordPress development

- 2+ years of hands-on development experience

- Wide experience and understanding of WordPress (ACF), PHP, MySQL, Git

- Profound knowledge of WEB fundamentals: HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs

- Experience with SEO optimization & analytics (Yoast SEO, Google Analytics, XML site-mapping, Hotjar)

- Experience with responsive and cross-browser development

- Experience with support for multilingual & localized content

- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional and distributed teams

- Experience with e-commerce plugins, contact forms, validation plugins, CRM plugins for WordPress (Contact Form 7, Hubspot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)

- English level: Intermediate or higher

Will be a strong plus

- Experience with using Adobe XD as a source of design mockups

- Experience with Elementor or Gutenberg

- Experience with implementing compliance standards and legal considerations (GDPR)
