We are excited to invite a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our progressive Recruitment team. We seek a driven professional who is passionate about identifying top talent and has a proven ability to excel in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. In this role, you will lead the identification, connecting with, and recruiting of top-tier IT professionals who will drive the companyβs growth and achieve its strategic goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the Entire Recruitment Lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation;
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract IT talent;
- Source candidates and evaluate applicant qualifications;
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit and check references;
- Maintain and uphold Talent Acquisition process workflow and compliance;
- Be data-driven and use recruitment reporting and analytics to influence decisions;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent;
- Ability to monitor and analyze vacancies, pipeline, diversity, and quality of hire;
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process;
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records is required;
- Actively promote the companyβs culture, values, and unique selling points to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand within the tech community;
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating with HR and hiring managers to facilitate onboarding processes.
Requirements & Skills:
- πΌ 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- π Strong understanding of the recruitment process (candidate sourcing, screening and initial interviews, offer negotiation, and reference checking)
- π» Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
- π Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- π― Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes
- π΅οΈββοΈ Experienced in sourcing passive talent
- β± Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills
- π€ Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment
- π Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and ability to delegate work as needed
- π§ Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- π Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in candidate records
- π High level of responsibility, result-focus, and attentiveness
- π Proactive approach and curiosity
- β At least an Upper Intermediate level of English
