Now we’re looking for a Middle User Acquisition Manager to help us launch, test, and scale ad campaigns on a daily basis.
The main goal of this role is to support Promova’s rapid growth by driving effective user acquisition through paid social media channels — primarily via TikTok and Snapchat.
Through your work, you’ll directly contribute to Promova’s mission of making language learning accessible, affordable, and effective for everyone.
Your Areas of Impact:
- Set up and run paid campaigns in TikTok and Snapchat: from account preparation and audience targeting to scaling performance.
- Achieve sustainable profitability (ROMI+) by meeting ROI/ROMI targets, controlling CPA, and monitoring performance at every funnel stage.
- Identify growth opportunities by testing new audiences, markets, and approaches.
- Support testing initiatives: develop hypotheses, run experiments, and scale successful strategies from 0 to consistent profitability.
- Optimize campaigns daily: track key metrics and collaborate with the team on adjustments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align objectives, exchange insights, and enhance overall performance.
About You:
- 1.5+ years of experience in User Acquisition, ideally with a focus on TikTok and Snapchat: able to independently launch campaigns, test hypotheses, and take ownership of results within a product or team.
- Hands-on experience managing budgets of $50—100K/month: confident in scaling, controlling CPA, and achieving ROMI-positive performance.
- Proven optimization skills: working not only with creatives and audiences but also with bid strategy, budget allocation, and funnel step analysis..
- Testing mindset: ability to form hypotheses, run experiments, and scale what works.
- English level B2: comfortable working with English-language ad accounts and creatives, and communicating with international teammates.
Will Be a Plus:
- Understanding of ad tracking systems — Pixel/CAPI.
- Experience with automation tools or AI-driven optimization — bidding, audience, reporting.
