Solution Architect (Node.js / React) to $7000

We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Node.js and React who enjoys driving architecture decisions, mentoring teams, and collaborating directly with clients.

Location: Remote / Offices in Kyiv or Lviv
Domain: FinTech / EdTech
Type: Long-term, full-time

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development with deep knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Proven expertise with Node.js (Nest.js) and React.
• Solid background in designing scalable architectures and leading complex projects.
• Experience with AWS (or another major cloud provider).
• Strong skills in mentorship, code review, and technical leadership.
• Experience with FinTech or EdTech products.
• Participation in pre-sales, discovery, or architecture definition phases.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (strong) or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python, PHP, or .NET.
• Background in competence/SDO offices or solution audit services.

 Your Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities: define requirements, risks, estimations, and high-level architecture.
• Conduct discovery phases and recommend technologies, tools, or integrations.
• Oversee R&D initiatives, POCs, and architecture validation.
• Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews and best practices.
• Participate in interviews and help build strong engineering teams.
• Support troubleshooting and contribute to improving project code quality.
