Financial Manager

We are looking for an experienced iGaming Financial Manager who will take full ownership of the company’s financial operations in the Philippines market, including payments, reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Your goal is to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all operations, including crypto transactions.

What you will do

• Manage payments and payroll: calculate and reconcile salaries, build payment schedules, and control the execution of all financial obligations.
• Financial reporting: prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet), and consolidate plan reports for management.
• Budgeting and analysis: develop and monitor budgets, perform plan-fact analysis, and optimize resource allocation.
• Expense optimization: analyze costs and implement measures to improve efficiency.
• Forecasting: prepare 6-month cash flow forecasts and support investment planning.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of financial processes.
• Control and security: maintain accurate records, manage crypto and fiat transactions securely, and implement internal audit processes.

What experience is important

• 1+ year as a financial manager or financial analyst.
• Experience in iGaming or IT.
• Advanced user of Excel, Google Sheets, and other financial tools.
• Skills in planning, budgeting, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of international financial accounting.
• English — Intermediate or higher.
• Understanding of crypto integration into payment processes.
• Knowledge of unit economics and tax optimization principles.
• Experience preparing financial models and analyzing investment projects.
