Responsibilities:

 

  • Identifying and engaging relevant opinion leaders to drive high-quality traffic and boost brand growth;
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners in the iGaming and crypto sectors;
  • Negotiate, finalize deals, and monitor compliance with partnership agreements;
  • Develop and implement both short-term and long-term strategies for user acquisition and increasing brand awareness;
  • Identifying and engaging relevant opinion leaders to drive high-quality traffic and boost brand growt;
  • Launch and manage campaigns aimed at lead generation, boosting brand visibility, and engaging new audiences;
  • Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and trends in influencer marketing;
  • Analyze competitor sales funnels and adapt to platform and audience changes;
  • Optimize marketing budgets for influencer collaborations to maximize ROI;
  • Collect feedback from influencers and relay it to the product team to improve conversion and user experience;
  • Maintain reporting, work with performance metrics, regularly analyze campaign efficiency, and initiate improvements.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Results over process. You know how to launch effective campaigns that drive real metrics: user growth, high ROI, brand recognition;
  • High-level negotiation skills. You confidently manage negotiations, secure favorable terms for the company, while maintaining partner loyalty;
  • Strategic thinking. You see beyond the immediate tasks and build a long-term system—from influencer selection to re-engagement strategies;
  • Analytical thinking. You’re confident working with metrics, analyzing performance, drawing conclusions, and implementing improvements;
  • Flexibility and adaptability. The market changes—so do you. You keep up with trends, audience behavior, and platform specifics;
  • English proficiency — C1 or higher;
  • Proactiveness. You don’t wait for tasks—you propose solutions, test hypotheses, and move things forward;
  • Experience in iGaming/crypto. Understanding the niche, audience, traffic sources, and monetization models is a strong advantage.
