Head of Marketing (iGaming)

  • Develop and implement a system of metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities, working within the OKR framework
  • Drive B2B promotion through the website, LinkedIn, industry media, and PR
  • Support B2C promotions via partner casinos (tournaments, banners, CRM campaigns, streamers, affiliates)
  • Work closely with the BI Analyst to assess campaign performance, identify best practices, and highlight areas for improvement
  • Enhance the website to boost customer engagement and improve usability
  • Develop and implement visual and content strategies, turning marketing from a β€œbeautiful picture” into a measurable sales tool
  • Build data-driven marketing strategies with clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and ROI-focused decision-making
  • Manage budgets effectively, justify marketing initiatives, and scale successful activities
  • Participate hands-on in the execution of key marketing tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lead/Head of Digital Marketing, preferably in high-risk industries (iGaming, crypto, fintech)
  • Strong background in B2B marketing
  • Experience leading and managing a Marketing Team
  • Hands-on approach with readiness to execute part of the tasks independently
  • Demonstrated success in building effective marketing strategies, setting up processes from scratch, and reorganizing inefficient workflows.
  • Expertise in working with metrics and building structured reporting systems
  • Proven ability to maximize impact with optimized budgets and deliver measurable results
  • Strong understanding of the difference between brand marketing and performance/sales-driven marketing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess ROI and optimize campaigns based on data
  • Preferably experience working with B2B and B2C through partner platforms (casinos, CRM)
