Account Manager

We’re looking for a Middle Account Manager to join our growing iGaming team! If you have experience in B2B account management, know how to build strong partner relationships, and want to take ownership of commercial growth — this role is for you. Work remotely or from our Kyiv office and help shape a new business direction in the iGaming industry.

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager (Middle) who will build strong, long-term client relationships, drive business growth, and take ownership of commercial results within the assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with partners (game providers, crypto casinos, platforms, etc.)
• Oversee commercial performance and ensure revenue goals are met
• Develop and implement strategic account growth plans
• Coordinate game launches, promotions, and marketing activities
• Monitor and analyze client performance and prepare regular reports
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B iGaming (preferably on the provider side)
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Full-time availability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have

• Experience working with crypto casinos, social casinos, or iGaming platforms
• Sales and upselling skills
• Knowledge of an additional European language

This Role Might Not Be the Best Fit For

• Candidates without B2B iGaming experience
• Professionals coming mainly from Affiliate or B2C AM backgrounds (operator side)
• Candidates unable to commit to full-time employment
