- Architect and manage integrations with ERP, WMS, 3PL providers using Salesforce APIs and middleware.
- Own the OMS data model—maintaining data integrity and creating custom objects/fields as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues: order processing failures, payment errors, integration issues.
- Keep technical documentation up to date (solution design, data flow diagrams, admin guides).
- Stay on top of Salesforce releases, introducing relevant enhancements and best practices.
Requirements:
- 4+ years working with enterprise-level OMS; at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce OMS.
- Advanced skills in declarative automation, especially Salesforce Flow and OMS-specific Flow Core Actions.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce OMS data model (OrderSummary, FulfillmentOrder, ReturnOrder, etc.).
- Proven track record integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, WMS) via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid grasp of omnichannel fulfillment processes (BOPIS, Ship-from-Store) and inventory principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
