Salesforce Lead - Order Management

We’re looking for a Salesforce Order Management (OMS) Lead to take ownership of the architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our omnichannel order processing engine. As the technical lead for post-purchase customer experience, you’ll design and deliver scalable solutions that connect fulfillment, customer service, and finance teams—ensuring every order moves seamlessly from click to delivery.

Key resposibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and end-to-end solution design for Salesforce OMS.
  • Translate business needs into robust technical solutions within Salesforce OMS.
  • Build and maintain order orchestration, fulfillment routing, and service logic (Salesforce Flow, Apex).
  • Architect and manage integrations with ERP, WMS, 3PL providers using Salesforce APIs and middleware.
  • Own the OMS data model—maintaining data integrity and creating custom objects/fields as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues: order processing failures, payment errors, integration issues.
  • Keep technical documentation up to date (solution design, data flow diagrams, admin guides).
  • Stay on top of Salesforce releases, introducing relevant enhancements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years working with enterprise-level OMS; at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce OMS.
  • Advanced skills in declarative automation, especially Salesforce Flow and OMS-specific Flow Core Actions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce OMS data model (OrderSummary, FulfillmentOrder, ReturnOrder, etc.).
  • Proven track record integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, WMS) via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Solid grasp of omnichannel fulfillment processes (BOPIS, Ship-from-Store) and inventory principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce OMS Administrator or Developer Accredited Professional certification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I, Integration Architect, or B2C Commerce Developer certifications.
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other integration middleware.
  • Background in B2C/D2C retail or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing).

What We Offer:

  • Fully remote work with flexible schedule
  • Competitive salary and long-term contract
  • Professional growth and continuous learning
