Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our team and help grow our affiliate program. This role is crucial in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships, optimizing performance, and driving traffic to our product sites.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Develop and negotiate cooperation proposals with new and existing partners.
• Manage the full affiliate lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term relationship management.
• Retain and motivate existing partners by developing tailored offers, loyalty programs, and exclusive deals for high-potential affiliates.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of affiliate-generated content and materials.
• Collect and analyze data from affiliate activities to create reports and enhance strategy.
• Identify and nurture high-performing affiliates to maximize revenue growth.
• Increase customer acquisition through strategic affiliate partnerships.
• Build strong, trustworthy communication with key partners on a daily basis.
• Meet and exceed KPI targets related to new client acquisition and partner engagement.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain and track all partner interactions efficiently.
