Call Center Manager to $500

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to active users (informing, selling, retaining)
  • Handle incoming inquiries via chat, messengers, and email
  • Provide consultations on products, promotions, and bonus offers
  • Work with CRM systems: maintain user database and log interactions
  • Execute sales and cross-sales based on current offers and campaigns
  • Resolve user issues, improve loyalty, and support retention efforts

 

 Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center is mandatory
  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound calls and sales
  • Fluent spoken and written Russian is required
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions
  • Understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques
  • Stress resilience, positive attitude, and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and quickly learn new tools

 

 Would be a plus:

  • Experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, or other online industries
  • Knowledge of user retention and activation strategies
