Call Center Manager to $500
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to active users (informing, selling, retaining)
- Handle incoming inquiries via chat, messengers, and email
- Provide consultations on products, promotions, and bonus offers
- Work with CRM systems: maintain user database and log interactions
- Execute sales and cross-sales based on current offers and campaigns
- Resolve user issues, improve loyalty, and support retention efforts
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center is mandatory
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound calls and sales
- Fluent spoken and written Russian is required
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions
- Understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques
- Stress resilience, positive attitude, and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work with CRM systems and quickly learn new tools
Would be a plus:
- Experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, or other online industries
- Knowledge of user retention and activation strategies
