Junior Project Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager with direct experience in casino and gambling websites.
The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, communicates effectively with technical and creative teams, and understands the unique challenges of managing projects in the online gaming industry.

You’ll coordinate between clients, designers, and developers, ensuring project delivery is on time, on budget, and up to the required quality standards.
This role requires high independence, attention to detail, and confidence in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between clients and production teams.
• Oversee development progress for casino/gambling platforms (web, mobile, or backend).
• Translate client requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Identify risks early — including compliance and content delays — and resolve them effectively.
• Maintain clear documentation, version logs, and structured reports.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure project stability and quality.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in Project Management or Account Management.
• Industry Experience: Proven work on casino, betting, or gambling-related websites or apps — mandatory.
• Technical Awareness: Understanding of web development processes and design workflows.
• English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Independence: Capable of working autonomously and prioritizing multiple projects.
• Stress Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced timelines.
• Organization: Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications (Huge Advantage)

• Experience in web scraping, data analytics, or big data projects related to the gambling industry.
• Familiarity with affiliate systems, game APIs, or payment integrations.
• Prior work with technical or software development teams.
• Experience coordinating remote teams across multiple time zones.
