Lead Software Engineer
Role in a nutshell
Be the technical counterpart and trusted advisor for prospects and customers. This externally-facing role blends technical leadership, presales solutioning, and hands-on prototyping. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to run discovery, design integrations, ship PoCs/pilots, and help customers realize value from the platform.
You’ll be a great fit if you have
- 5+ years in Solutions/Sales Engineering or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- Proven Tech Lead / Principal experience.
- Deep experience with public APIs, webhooks, and third-party SaaS integrations.
- Advanced, production-grade Vue 3 + TypeScript skills.
- Strong GraphQL plus core web fundamentals (REST, JS).
- Confident communication and stakeholder management.
- Fluent English (spoken & written).
Bonus points
- Startup/scale-up SaaS background.
- Familiarity with Zapier/Make or similar automation tools.
- Contributions to internal tools, SDKs, or technical content.

- Facilitate discovery calls: map pains, use cases, and success criteria.
- Design integration patterns via APIs/webhooks that scale and are reliable.
- Advance sales cycles with compelling demos, crisp docs, and clear technical guidance.
- Spin up prototypes and lightweight internal utilities to showcase capabilities.
- Channel field feedback into the roadmap with Product/Engineering.
- Mentor Solutions Engineers and raise engineering standards across the pod.
