β Level of English language - B1 and above, knowledge of French language will be a plus;
β Ability to work with CRM services for customer support, the ability to configure them;
β Experience as a Support Manager will be a plus;
β Work in the betting industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
β Customer support for technical issues of various kinds;
β Communication with payment systems and work with the product team;Β
