Customer Support Representative (offline)

We are looking for active and motivated young individuals to join our team in Kiev office as Support Representatives. We will foster your professional and personal growth by providing friendly and dynamic work environment with lots of additional perks.

Set of skills we are looking for:
- Fluent English is a must (C1,C2);
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal);
- Excellent listening and problem solving skills;
- Multitasking, ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently;
- Reading comprehension and attention to detail;
- Awareness of business etiquette;
- Thinking outside the box;
- Self-discipline and patience;
- Basic sales skills is a benefit;
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, VoIP, etc., is preferred.

Key Tasks:
- Live chat, email and phone support;
- Consult clients about service, features, payment options, etc.;
- Troubleshoot various operational issues;
- Make warm calls;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Working schedule:
Morning shift: 7:00—15:00;
Day shift: 15:00—23:00;
Night shift: 23:00—7:00.
At least one night shift per week is obligatory.
