Head of Financial Operations (Payments)
We are an international fintech and digital services company. Our activities include building and supporting corporate payment infrastructure, integrating with banks and payment providers (PSPs), and working on projects in high-risk sectors and online entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own daily payment flows: authorization → clearing → reconciliation → treasury & T+N settlements.
• Manage relationships and SLAs with banks/PSPs/EMIs; handle escalations and
fee/tariff discussions.
• Set up and enforce SOPs, controls, and incident management (alerts, root cause,
prevention).
• Ensure accurate management accounting for payment flows (gross/net, fees, reserves).
• Lead and develop the team; plan workload and priorities.
• Drive light-weight automation and reporting (dashboards, auto-reconciliation where
feasible).
Requirements:
• 2+ years in payments/acquiring/PSP operations; 1+ years in a lead/manager role.
• Hands-on with reconciliation, settlements/treasury, dispute/chargeback basics, fee
structures.
• Experience working with multiple PSPs/banks and EMI safeguarding specifics.
• Strong operational rigor and documentation discipline (SOPs, controls, KPIs).
• English — working proficiency (B2+) for vendor communications.
