Lead Generation Manager, Growth Marketing Manager (B2B Platforms)

We’re looking for a person who knows how to make IT companies visible, credible, and trusted on platforms like Clutch, GoodFirms, G2, and others .

Your mission?
To make our presence on these platforms not just look good — but generate real leads from the USA and Europe.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Build and manage our profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, G2, DesignRush, UpCity, and similar platforms.
• Keep all profiles fresh, accurate, and aligned with brand positioning.
• Collect and manage client reviews (Clutch interviews, testimonials, and written feedback).
• Optimize profiles with the right keywords and messaging to improve visibility in search rankings.
• Research competitors and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to ensure all case studies, reviews, and data are up to date.
• Track and analyze performance — from profile visits to incoming leads — and prepare regular reports.
• Experiment with platform sponsorships or paid placements to boost exposure when needed.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with B2B review or listing platforms (Clutch, GoodFirms, G2, etc.).
• Strong understanding of IT outsourcing / software development markets.
• Proven ability to collect and manage client reviews and case studies.
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher (you’ll communicate with clients and platform reps).
• A mix of marketing and analytical skills — SEO awareness, basic ad knowledge, lead tracking.
• Organized, proactive, and self-driven — you don’t wait for tasks, you spot opportunities.
