Physical Security Manager (offline)

Infopulse is inviting talented professionals to join our project as a Physical Security Manager.

Areas of Responsibility:
Develop and maintain physical security policies and procedures
Implement and maintain security control in physical security area to the enterprise environment according to security standards, customer requirements
Manage internal physical security services in accordance with ITIL processes
Operate Physical security requests
Participate in internal and external audits and reviews to ensure compliance with standards, internal security policy. Maintain physical security audit program
Develop performance metrics and generate management reports
Cooperate with company’s departments and subcontractors delivering physical security services
Conduct location risk assessments in cooperation with regional office managers
Take part in corporate risk management
Participate in Business continuity management activities. Organize evacuation drills
Take part in due diligence checks of external parties

Qualifications:
3+ years of progressive experience in physical security is a MUST
Ability to organize, create, and deliver technical proposals and presentations to peers and management
Ability to utilize knowledge of information security best practices such as NIST 800 series, ISO 27000 series or COBIT for Information Security
Ability to write complex reports, policies, procedures and correspondence
Good command of English, proven writing and editing skills
Proactive, result oriented personality able to cooperate in a team
Project management knowledge and experience is a strong plus
Proven skills in risk assessment processes
Knowledge of audit best practices. ISACA ITAF
Excellent knowledge of using MS Office products in enterprise environment
Understanding of technologies and architecture of physical access control systems, video surveillance systems, and anti-intrusion systems
Understanding of physical security threats, vulnerabilities and best practices on physical protection
Understanding of ITIL practices and ability to use it for corporate processes.
