About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our performance marketing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver measurable ROI across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Create compelling ad copy aligned with brand messaging.
- Manage and monitor budgets, bids, and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR).
- Implement conversion tracking via GA4, GTM, and other analytics tools.
- Run A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Generate performance reports and propose actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of PPC/SEM strategies, Google Analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center and e-commerce campaigns (preferred).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
